Pangea in Love – FAQ

Welcome to the FAQ for Pangea in Love! Here you'll find answers to the most common questions about the festival. If your question isn't answered here, feel free to reach out via our contact page.

Tickets & Entry
  • Pangea in Love has been growing steadily over the years. In 2023, there were already around 2,500 people. We want to make sure the festival keeps its special character — private, free, and rooted in real connection.

With the digital invitation system, we ensure better traceability and awareness of the festival goers. It also strengthens the responsibility of those who invite.

  • The core idea hasn’t changed. Every volunteer, organizer, and artist receives a limited number of invitations to share with their dearest.

Once the distributor (artist, volunteer, organizer, etc.) adds your name and email to their link, you’ll immediately receive an email confirming your general invitation.

About one week before the festival, you’ll get another email asking you to agree to a few important conditions. Once you confirm, you’ll receive your official QR code, which gives you access to all three days of the festival.

There’s no need to print the code — we actually prefer that you don’t. Showing the QR code on your phone is enough.

Please note: one invitation = one email. If you’re coming with your partner, make sure their name and email are added separately.

And for those who feel nostalgic about the printed invitations that have decorated your walls for nearly 20 years — we’ve prepared a little surprise for you at the entrance.

  • No, children under 15 do not need a separate invitation.

  • Unfortunately, no. Entry is only possible with a valid invitation.

  • Please don’t forward your QR code. Each code is personal and only valid for the person it was sent to.

  • No worries – check your inbox for the original email or get in touch with us.

  • There are no tickets to be purchased for the festival. Please check our main website or contact us directly for the latest info about invitations or availability.

How to get the invitation
  • We still need some volunteers, send us an email to pangeastaff2025@gmail.com

This will guarantee you your own invitation and some invitations for your friends.

  • Check the program carefully. If you know any of the artists or band members, reach out to them — they also have a few invitations to share.

  • Come up with your own idea to contribute to the Pangea experience — creativity and inspiration is always welcome!

  • If you still haven’t received an invitation by July, you can email us (pangeainlove@gmail.com) between 1st and 10th July with a clear and heartfelt motivation explaining WHY you want to join Pangea as a guest.

Please note: sending a motivation does not automatically guarantee an invitation.
