Klänge und Musik fließen intuitiv in jede Einheit ein und schaffen Raum für Heilung, Loslassen und innere Weite. Yoga wird zum Klangritual – getragen von Präsenz, Tiefe und Herz.

Medicine Wheel and awaken our inner medicine. We do this by giving
ourselves a strong foundation, becoming grounded, allowing our emotions
to flow and giving ourselves the space to become no-one in the void. All
possibilities are open to us and we expand in space. We become the land
and the land becomes us, we feel that we are connected to everything.
The archetypes of the sacred directions: Snake, Jaguar, Hummingbird and
Eagle accompany us and support us with their medicine.

A space for connection & relaxation In this workshop, we invite you to experience the power of intentional, platonic touch - mindful, consensual, and in a safe setting. Together, we explore how nourishing and calming it can be to receive and to give touch free from expectations. You‘ll learn to sense and express your own boundaries, and to fully relax and connect. The workshop is led by Maryse Hubert & Elise Bally, both trained cuddle therapists. Come as you are - everyone is welcome, nothing is expected. As a gesture of care for everyone, we kindly ask you to come freshly washed (if possible), with clean clothes - and to avoid perfume or strong scents.
So that everyone can feel free and comfortable, the workshop is limited to 16 participants.

Since 2010 I have been traveling on my shamanic path in many different circles, in many forms of energetic and physical work. The leading of circles and also the shamanic journeys and especially my soul-centered work wish to grow in public.
